Brewing Notes

 

 Heat good-tasting water to 160-180F.
 Place tea (about one tablespoon per cup) into your infuser and add the water.
 Steep for 2 to 3 minutes
 Strain and enjoy!
 Re-steep for 3-4 times. The use of a covered glass or ceramic cup is recommended for

steeping in order to appreciate the tea leaves
